  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1tablespoons lime juice
  • 3/4 cup double cream
  • 10grams gelatine, 1 sachet

Description

These dessert pots combine creamy textures with tang and sweetness.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat up a saucepan to a medium heat with the cream, vanilla and sugar and stir while cooking for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Once the sugar has melted, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 4

Now combine the rest of the ingredients and mix together fully.

Step 4 of 4

Pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses and allow to set in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
