- 12 medjool dates, pitted, roughly chopped
- 16 plain grissini sticks
- 2tablespoons almond nut spread
- 1tablespoons raw cacao
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flaked natural almonds, toasted

Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine half of the almonds with dates, oats, almond spread and cacao in a food processor. Process until mixture forms a paste.
Step 2 of 2
Finely chop remaining almonds. Wrap 1 tbs of the date mixture around each grissini stick, pressing on firmly. Roll the sticks in the chopped almonds to coat.
