  • 1/2 cup Woolworths French salad dressing
  • 300grams Macro classic tofu regular, drained, sliced
  • 120grams Woolworths mixed lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups chopped roasted pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds, toasted

Description

Shake up your mealtime routine with this hearty tofu, pumpkin and mixed seed salad. It's big on crunch and flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat 1 tbs dressing in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook tofu, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until golden-brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2 of 2

Combine lettuce, pumpkin and tofu in a large bowl. Add remaining dressing and toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls. Serve sprinkled with mixed seeds.
