On the table in 20 minutes, this budget-friendly beef and charred kale salad will impress everyone with its tasty flavour pairings.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray kale with oil and cook, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until charred. Transfer to a plate. Return pan to heat.
Step 2 of 3
Spray beef with oil. Add beef to pan and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes. Slice.
Step 3 of 3
Combine kale and slaw in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls. Serve topped with beef and olives.
