A combination of sweet and savoury components make up this filling fig and pomegranate salad with chicken.

Method

Step 1 of 2

In a small lidded jar, mix the fig jam and white wine vinegar. Shake until fully blended.

Step 2 of 2

Place the lettuce mix at the bottom of a large salad bowl. Arrange the chicken and figs on top. Sprinkle in the candied walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle the fig dressing just before serving.
