- 3 cups shredded cooked turkey
- 8 leftover roast baby potatoes, halved
- 120grams leftover cooked green beans, diagonally halved
- 1 cup leftover cooked baby peas
- 60grams Woolworths leafy mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1tablespoons cranberry sauce
Description
Combine leftover roast turkey, baby potatoes and greens with a leafy salad for a quick, vibrant summer salad. Serve with a delicious cranberry dressing.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine the turkey, potato, beans, peas and salad mix in a large bowl. Season with pepper.
Step 2 of 3
Whisk mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and 1 tbs warm water in a jug.
Step 3 of 3
Sprinkle salad with walnuts. Season with pepper. Serve with dressing.
