  • 1 jar Mutti Gourmet Pasta Sauce Rossoro Tomatoes With Genovese Basil
  • 500grams dried rigatoni
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 1tablespoons chilli flakes
  • 60milliliter vodka
  • 300milliliter cream
  • 200grams parmesan, finely grated

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cook the rigatoni according to the packet instructions or until al dente.

Step 2 of 5

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chilli flakes and stir for around 30 seconds until the oil turns red.

Step 3 of 5

Add the vodka, stir for a few seconds, then add the jar of Mutti Gourmet Pasta Sauce Rossoro Tomatoes With Genovese Basil, and stir to combine. Finally, add the cream and warm together for about 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 5

Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine. Add most of the parmesan to the pan and toss to combine.

Step 5 of 5

Top with remaining parmesan and serve immediately.
