- 30grams granulated sugar
- 250milliliter heavy cream
- 4tablespoons greek yoghurt
- 2tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 10 each butter cookies, crumbled

Description
These creamy raspberry and strawberry fools can be ready in 10 minutes for dessert on the fly.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Toss the berries together with the sugar letting them marinate together for 15 minutes at room temperature. Using a chilled bowl whip the heavy until light and fluffy, fold in the yoghurt, powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
Step 2 of 2
Start layering the fools together between 6 glasses starting with a layer of cream followed by the mixed berries and cookie crumble, repeat the layers until all the glasses are filled. Serve chilled.
