Description

An impressive salmon soba noodle salad in just 15 minutes? Dinner has never been so easy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet instructions. Drain well, then rinse under cold water to separate.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets, and cook for two minutes on one side, or until just golden brown, turn and add teriyaki sauce. Spoon the sauce over the salmon and cook for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 4

Place kaleslaw (without dressing and salad sprinkle) in a large serving bowl. Add prepared noodles and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Flake apart the salmon using two forks. Add flaked salmon and sauce from the pan to the soba noodle salad, toss to combine, and serve
