- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
- 2 225g chicken breasts
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 lime, juiced (plus lime cheeks to serve)
- 360grams Uncle Ben’s Asian Inspired Soy & Ginger Poké Bowl Rice
- 150grams snow peas, trimmed, halved
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 1/2 bunch radish, thinly sliced
- 1 red capsicum, halved, deseeded, thickly sliced
- 1 tbs sesame seeds, toasted

Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine garlic and 1 tbs soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 5
Heat 1 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and rest for 5 minutes. Slice chicken thinly.

Meanwhile, combine honey, lime juice, remaining oil and remaining soy sauce in a small bowl.

Prepare rice according to packet instructions.
Step 5 of 5
Divide rice among bowls and top with chicken, snow peas, cucumber, radish and capsicum. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Serve with lime cheeks.
