- balsamic dressing
- Aussie salad mix
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cup water
- chicken, shredded
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place quinoa into a small saucepan with cold water. Place over high heat and bring to the boil. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until quinoa is tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2 of 2
Add to lunch container with reserved salad. Shred reserved cooked chicken and add to salad. Take reserved dressing in a small container.
