  • 2 bunch broccolini, trimmed, halved diagonally
  • 270grams organic soba noodles
  • 250grams rare roast beef, sliced
  • 400grams can corn kernels, drained

Method

Step 1 of 3

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Add broccolini and snow peas and cook for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Drain well.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat corn in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Divide noodles and vegetables between bowls. Add beef, and season to taste. Serve.
