  • 150grams dried green tea soba noodles
  • 1 1/2tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1tablespoons lime juice
  • 2teaspoons honey
  • 2teaspoons white sesame seeds
  • 2teaspoons Ayam light soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup edamame beans, shelled
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3tablespoons smooth peanut butter

Step 1 of 3

Cook soba noodles according to packet instructions. Refresh in iced water and drain.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, combine all peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Place remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls, drizzle over peanut dressing and top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
