  • 350grams firm tofu, drained, cut into 18 cubes
  • 1/2 green capsicum, cut into 12 pieces
  • 12 small button mushrooms
  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 1/3 cup korean BBQ kalbi sauce & marinade
  • 400grams beef, carrot & lentil sausages
  • 12 solanato tomatoes

Method

Step 1 of 2

Thread tofu, mushrooms, tomatoes and capsicum alternately onto 6 skewers. Place on a baking tray. Spray with oil. Season.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat a barbecue grill on high heat and the plate on medium-low. Cook sausages on plate for 15 minutes, turning frequently, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, cook skewers on grill, turning, for 10-12 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tofu is warmed through. Baste with sauce for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve.
