- 500grams salmon
- 3tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 50grams bean sprouts
- 1 head red chilli, shredded
- 100grams broccolini, blanched
- 2tablespoons sesame oil

Description
A sweet and sticky salmon noodle dish with extra crunch.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pan fry the salmon on a pan with the teriyaki sauce for 3 minutes on each side on a medium heat.
Step 2 of 4
Remove from the heat and set to one side. Heat up a wok with the oil to a medium heat and fry the cooked noodles in the sesame oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Add the broccolini, chilli and beansprouts and continue to fry for a further 1 minute.
Step 4 of 4
Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to fry while tossing for 5 minutes before serving with the marinated salmon.
