  • 300milliliter self raising flour, sifted
  • 150milliliter cream
  • 150milliliter cold lemonade
  • 1/2teaspoons salt

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat oven to 220°C

Step 2 of 5

Mix everything together,  in a large bowl, but only mix till everything is just combined.

Step 3 of 5

Turn dough out into a floured surface and knead, gently for about 5 turns. Need to keep light and fluffy.

Step 4 of 5

Using a floured rolling pin, roll out dough to about 2 cm thick, cut rounds out using a floured pastry cutter.

Step 5 of 5

Place rounds into a lined baking tray, brush with a little milk or cream and bake for 10 to 15 mins. Serve with your choice of spread
