  • 225grams white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)

Super easy one bowl recipe!

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking dish approx 20cm x 15cm with baking paper

Step 2 of 6

In a large microwave safe bowl place butter and choc chips and melt for approx 30 seconds increments until butter is melted and you are able to mix white chocolate together with butter.

Step 3 of 6

Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and salt until well combined.

Step 4 of 6

Now gradually add plain flour into mixture and mix until well combined. Mix in approximately 1/2 cup at a time.

Step 5 of 6

Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for approximate 25-30 minutes. When inserting a stick into the batter it should come out clean.

Step 6 of 6

Allow to cool and once completely cooled melt remaining chocolate for drizzle in the microwave for approx. 30 seconds. Once fully melted pour over brownies and allow to set. Once set cut into squares and serve.
