- unsalted butter (to serve)
- Strawberries (to serve)
- Maple syrup (to serve)
- 1 bottle Woolworths Buttermilk Pancake Shaker
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pour pancake shaker into a large bowl and add 1 1/3 cups water. Whisk thoroughly until no lumps remain. Transfer a small amount of mix to plastic squeezy sauce bottle.
Step 2 of 4
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and carefully draw the outline of the egg, followed by zig zags, stripes and dots. Allow to cook for 1 minute.
Step 3 of 4
After 1 minute, quickly pipe in the gaps to fill in the design. Cook for 30 seconds more and then carefully flip. Cook for 30 seconds on other side or until just cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Repeat with remaining batter and serve with butter (while pancakes hot), maple syrup and strawberries.
