Description

Add a touch of elegance to your steak by wrapping it in D’Orsogna bacon and serving it alongside a beetroot-and-feta salad.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Wrap a rasher of bacon around the middle of each steak. Season with pepper.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon-wrapped steaks and cook for 5 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, assemble salad kit ingredients.

Divide salad amongst plates and top with cheese. Add steak to plates. Serve.
