  • 1tablespoons paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 20grams rosemary, leaves taken off stem

An intensely aromatic and lightly spiced chicken dish.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Pierce the chicken legs with a fork multiple times.

Step 2 of 6

Combine the butter with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3 of 6

Cover the chicken legs in the marinade and leave in the fridge in a bowl overnight.

Step 4 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C or heat up your BBQ.

Step 5 of 6

Roast in the oven in a baking dish for 40 minutes, taking out to baste with juices twice through cooking.

Step 6 of 6

Remove from the oven and serve with a choice of condiments.
