Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add beef stir-fry strips. Season. Cook, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes or until charred and cooked through.

Step 2 of 4

In a large bowl, assemble salad kit.

Step 3 of 4

Add Greek mix and drained lentils to salad kit. Toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide salad amongst bowls and top with beef to serve.
