- 500grams turkey mince
- 1tablespoons fish sauce
- 2teaspoons honey
- 1tablespoons soy sauce
- 3teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 2 heads little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 3tablespoons coriander, fresh, chopped
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds
Description
These fiery turkey lettuce cups are so simple to make and are delicious as an entree for a Thai feast or a light lunch.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat a pan on high and cook the turkey mince, fish sauce, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil for 4-5 minutes until browned, add the carrot and spring onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Spoon the turkey mix into little gem leaves, top with coriander and sesame seeds and serve.
