- 1/3 cup kale, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, deseeded
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 6 mint leaves
Description
Go for green with this cucumber, lemon and kale smoothie. Perfect for breakfast or as a healthy afternoon pick-me-up.

Place cucumber, kale, lemon, avocado, coconut water and mint in a blender with 4 ice cubes and blitz until smooth. Serve topped with extra mint leaves.
