  • 400grams penne pasta
  • 500grams Leggo's Tuna Bake with Spinach and Garlic jar
  • 425grams John West Chunk Style Tuna, drained
  • 420grams Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta following packet directions, until just al dente. Drain and return to the saucepan.

Step 2 of 4

Stir in Leggos Tuna Bake, John West Tuna and Edgell Corn Kernels. Spoon pasta mixture into a 2L capacity ovenproof dish.

Step 3 of 4

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan, pour over melted butter and toss to coat. Top tuna mixture with bread mixture.
Instruction tip

Add some lemon zest to the crumb topping in STEP 3.

Step 4 of 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with herbs and serve.
