- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 1 cup frozen sweet potato fries
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
- 2 slice leg ham
- 2 crusty bread rolls
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 9
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2 of 9
Grease 2 x 1 1/2 cup ovenproof dishes and place onto a baking tray.

Roughly tear 2 crusty bread rolls into bite sized pieces and divide evenly between dishes.
Step 4 of 9
Chop 2 slices leg ham and combine with 1/2 up frozen peas and 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels. Scatter over bread.

In a jug, whisk together 3 eggs, 300ml pouring cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6 of 9
Pour into dishes and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 7 of 9
Scatter 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese over each then top with a single layer of frozen sweet potato fries.
Step 8 of 9
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fries are golden and bake has set.
