- 250grams cream cheese
- 1 red onion
- 190grams salmon
- 1 1/2teaspoons keens curry powder
- bunch parsley
Description
Grandma made this and I still make it. Great to add to cheese plate. Enjoy with a cold beer.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Finely slice a red onion.
Step 2 of 3
Drain the salmon. I used 2 small tins of salmon as they were on special however you can use the 210g tin. Very tiny difference.
Combine all ingredients with a mixer and serve with crackers.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Step 3 of 3
Enjoy. I love having it on toast the next day.
