- 8 Old El Paso™ Mini Tortillas
- 350grams chicken breast, diced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 baby cos lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 Old El Paso Chipotle Tacos Mild Cooking Sauc
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine 1.5 tbsp of cooking sauce with sour cream. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a pan, brown the onion and chicken over high heat for 5 mins or until thoroughly cooked. Add cooking sauce and reduce heat to low-medium. Cook for 2 mins or until sauce thickens.
Step 3 of 4
Heat Mini Tortillas according to pack instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Serve tortillas with chicken, corn and lettuce. Top with chipotle sour cream and enjoy!
