Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place bread, in a single layer, on 2 large baking trays.

Step 2 of 2

Place oil in a small bowl and season. Brush both cut sides of bread with oil mixture, then bake, in batches, for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and crisp. Rub one cut side of bread with cut sides of garlic. Top bread with toppings and serve.
