  • 2 long red chillies
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated
  • 1teaspoons pepper (to season)
  • 500grams spaghetti
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 280grams blue swimmer crab meat
  • 250grams grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water following packet instructions.

Step 2 of 5

Fry 4 sliced spring onions and chillies in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until softened.

Step 3 of 5

Stir in crab meat, the finely grated rind of 1 lemon and 2 tbs lemon juice. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.

Step 4 of 5

Toss through pasta with dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5 of 5

Transfer to serving plates and drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
