- 8 large green prawns
- 300grams white fish fillets (cut into 5cm pieces)
- 12 oysters
- 1/4 cup continental parsley (finely chopped)
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon (wedges)
- 8 mussels (cleaned)
- 400grams diced tomatoes
- 200grams spaghetti
- 1/3 cup crème fraiche
- 2tablespoons dill
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pasta in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 10 minutes or until slightly softened. Drain.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place 4 large pieces of foil onto a flat surface. Top each with a large square of baking paper. Add tomatoes, parsley, garlic and lemon juice to pasta and season. Toss well to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Divide pasta mixture evenly among baking paper-lined foil. Top with oysters, mussels, prawns and fish. Fold to enclose and place on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer parcels to serving plates. Open, top with a dollop of crème fraiche and scatter over dill. Serve with lemon wedges.
