Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine apple with sultanas, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Preheat an electric toasted jaffle maker.
Step 3 of 4
Cut the pastry sheet in half. Lay one half of the pastry across the 2 indents. Top with apple filling and cover with the other half sheet of pastry.
Step 4 of 4
Close jaffle maker, but don’t clip shut. Cook for 2-3 mins until golden and pastry is crisp. Serve with ice cream.
