  • 1/2 cup Sunbeam Raisins
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 80grams butter
  • 50grams dark chocolate
  • 3/4 Golden Syrup
  • 2tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 2tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup CSR caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 160ºc fan-forced. Grease a 5 cup capacity ovenproof dish.

Step 2 of 5

Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in caster sugar and raisins.

Step 3 of 5

Whisk butter, milk and egg in a jug. Add to flour mixture with dark chocolate and mix until combined. Spoon into dish.

Step 4 of 5

To prepare the sauce, combine golden syrup, cocoa and water and pour over the pudding slowly.

Step 5 of 5

Place dish onto a baking tray. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until pudding bounces back when pressed gently in centre. Rest for 15 minutes and serve with ice-cream.
