- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ground hazel meal

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Beat softened butter with brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl with electric beaters until pale and creamy.
Step 3 of 4
Gradually beat in beaten eggs until well combined. Sift flour, hazel meal, cocoa and baking powder together. Add to butter mixture and stir in until combined. Add rolled oats and mix well.
Step 4 of 4
Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto trays leaving room between each for spreading. Bake for 15 minutes until firm to touch. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
