- 200grams Thomas Dux 24-month aged cheddar
- 125grams Thomas Dux ash brie
- 150grams Thomas Dux Danish blue
- 100grams Thomas Dux quince paste
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 white peach, sliced
- 125grams strawberries
- 1/2 cup Woolworths soft & juicy figs
- 1 small bunch green grapes
- 110grams Woolworths Sicilian olives lemon & thyme
- 1 loaf Woolworths mini pane di casa plain, sliced
- 100grams Woolworths original wafer crackers
- 3-4 sprigs rosemary
Description
Experiment with decadent Thomas Dux cheeses, olives, fresh fruit and crunchy crackers to make an exceptional cheese board this season.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Unwrap cheese. Place cheddar in the middle of serving platter and brie and blue cheese at either end of platter. If desired, release paste from tub by running a flat bladed knife around the edge. Place paste and pear next to cheddar. Scatter apricots and walnuts near paste.
Step 2 of 3
Place strawberries and figs around blue cheese. Place grapes around brie.
Step 3 of 3
Add olives, bread and crackers to platter. Decorate with rosemary. Serve.
