  • 125grams unsalted butter, softened slightly
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar mixture
  • 250grams strawberries
  • 125grams blueberries
  • 300grams cherries
  • 160grams Woolworths chocolate rum balls
  • 465grams light fruitcake, sliced
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds, toasted
  • 1 passionfruit, pulp removed

Description

This show-stopping dessert grazing board with berries, rum balls and fruitcake is perfect for any occasion.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Using an electric mixer, beat butter in a large bowl until pale. Gradually beat in sifted icing sugar until mixture is thick and creamy.

Step 2 of 3

Gently spread buttercream over a serving board, swirling to create a pattern. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, cherries, rum balls and fruitcake on board.

Step 3 of 3

Sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with passionfruit. Serve.
