For the baked feta
  • 150grams feta cheese
  • 1teaspoons oregano, chopped
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
For the salsa
  • 10 baby tomatoes, halved
  • 1tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small shallots, chopped
  • 4 pita bread, sliced
  • 100grams halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 200grams hummus, store bought
  • 200grams tzatziki, store bought
  • 100grams kalamata olives, pitted
  • 10 baby cucumbers, sliced

Description

This sharing mezze plate gives your guests a real taste of Greece full of punchy flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the salsa by combining the chopped baby tomatoes with the shallots and balsamic and then set to one side.

Step 2 of 4

Prepare the feta by drizzling the olive oil over it and sprinkle the oregano before baking in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

While the feta is baking, prepare the rest of your ingredients by serving in individual serving dishes. Before the feta is fully cooked, bake the Sliced pitta breads in the oven for 4 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Remove everything from the oven and serve alongside the rest of the mezze ingredients.
