- 4 slice smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1teaspoons ginger, grated
- 2teaspoons Spanish onion, finely chopped
- 1teaspoons shallot, chopped
- 6 large prawns, cooked
- 1 lime, juiced (save 2 tbs juice for dressing)
- 2tablespoons mirin

Method
Step 1 of 4
Scoop avocado flesh out into a bowl, add lime juice and roughly mash with a fork. Stir through onion.
Step 2 of 4
Cut the smoked salmon slices in half and place a spoonful of the avocado mixture into the centre of each piece. Roll up so that it resembles a flower.
Step 3 of 4
Arrange the oysters, prawns and salmon flowers onto a serving platter.
Step 4 of 4
For dressing; mix all ingredients together, transfer to a small bowl and serve with seafood and sprinkle with black pepper.
