  • 1 capsicum, grilled
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1/2 eggplant, chargrilled
  • 2 semi dried tomatoes
  • 1 pinch black pepper, cracked
  • 2 slice sourdough
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Method

Step 1 of 5

Use a board or platter to serve

Step 2 of 5

Cut the eggplant to size and serve with semi-dried tomatoes.

Step 3 of 5

Slice the sourdough and layer with grilled capsicum, fresh rosemary and salami slices.

Step 4 of 5

Slice the cucumber from the end to give circular cuts then layer on top of the sourdough slices and salami slices. Skewer with a toothpick for stability.

Step 5 of 5

Finish with a crack of black pepper over the entire board.
