  • 1 polish sausage sliced
  • 1 cabanossi sausage sliced
  • 200grams hard cheese of choice
  • 300grams double brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup siciliano olives (or any olives you fancy)
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes , cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cocktail onions
  • 1 box quinoa crackers
  • 1 can smoked muscles

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cut the cheese & sausages into slices and place on platter.

Step 2 of 3

Open muscles and put into own small bowl on the platter. This is so the oil doesn't soak into all the other foods.

Step 3 of 3

Cut tomatoes in half and add them, mini onions and olives to the platter & serve once full.
