- 20 bocconcini mozzarella
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1teaspoons lemon zest
- 1teaspoons olive oil
- 10 cherry vine tomatoes
Method

Dry 20 bocconcini mozzarella (baby mozzarella balls) and marinate in a pinch of paprika, a grinding of black pepper, 1 tsp grated lemon zest, and 1 tsp olive oil. Cut 10 cherry vine tomatoes in half widthways. For each skewer, thread on the tomato, then one end of a basil leaf, then the bocconcini, and finally the other end of the basil leaf. Cover well with cling film and leave in a cool place until ready to serve.
