  • 250grams spreadable cream cheese
  • 300grams sour cream
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tablespoons baby capers, drained, pat dry on paper towel
  • 500grams Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • 1/2 punnet dill, sprigs picked
  • 4 Qukes® baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion
  • 125grams peppered water crackers

Description

This mouth-watering smoked salmon and cream cheese platter will bring extra sophistication to any festive occasion.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, zest and juice in a bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add capers and cook for 2 minutes or until crispy.

Step 3 of 3

Spread cream-cheese mixture over a serving board. Top with salmon, dill, cucumber, radish, onion and capers. Drizzle with any remaining oil from pan. Serve with crackers.
