- 200grams Thomas Dux Triple cream brie
- 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 2tablespoons pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked
- 150grams fig & pecan crackers (to serve)
Description
This gooey festive cheese appetiser is the easiest dip you'll ever make. Drizzled with cranberry sauce, it delivers layers of sweet and savoury flavours in every bite.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place brie on tray. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until brie is heated and softened.
Step 2 of 2
Carefully transfer brie to a serving plate. Top with sauce, pecans and rosemary. Serve with crackers.
