  • 200grams Thomas Dux Triple cream brie
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 100grams honey & almond crackers (to serve)

Description

Gooey baked brie drizzled with honey makes an easy festive appetiser. Serve with crackers, bread or seasonal fruit for dipping.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place brie on tray. Score a small criss-cross pattern into surface of brie with a small, sharp knife. Bake for 12 minutes or until brie is heated and softened.

Step 2 of 2

Carefully transfer brie to a serving plate. Drizzle with honey and top with thyme. Serve with crackers.
