- 1packets Woolworths COOK Chinese barbecue pork with char siu sauce 560g
- 3 limes
- 2 small Granny Smith apples
- 1/2packets kaleslaw kit 350g, prepared
- 1/2 bunch coriander, sprigs pikced
- 12 brioche sliders, split, toastedingredient tipSwap tipSwap brioche sliders with 8 slices of white bread. Simply make four sandwiches, then cut them into fingers.
- 12 pre-soaked bamboo skewers
- 3 cups clear apple juice, chilled
- 2 cups gin
Description
Pair refreshing gin-based south side cocktails with simple, juicy pork sliders and you've got the ultimate first course for summer entertaining.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Cook pork following packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Using a vegetable peeler, peel 6 strips of zest from limes, then juice limes. Cut 1 apple into matchsticks, then cut remaining apple into 6 rounds. Combine apple matchsticks, slaw kit and half of the coriander in a large bowl. Top bun bases with apple slaw, then pork. Top with bun lids and secure with a skewer.

Combine lime juice, apple juice and gin in a large jug. Pour into 6 x 1-cup-capacity (250ml) glasses. Place 1 apple slice, 1 coriander sprig and 1 strip of zest on top of each glass. Serve with sliders.
