  • 125grams Woolworths brie, cut into 12 wedges
  • 12 slices salami
  • 1/2 bunch basil, leaves picked
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
  • 750milliliter sparkling white wine, chilled
  • 2 peaches, destoned, cut into 6 wedges
  • 12 presoaked bamboo skewers

Description

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place jarred peach slices on prepared tray. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

Step 2 of 3

Thread brie, salami and basil onto 12 skewers.

Step 3 of 3

Process frozen peach and apricot nectar until smooth. Spoon into 6 champagne flutes. Top with wine. Garnish with fresh peach and remaining basil. Serve with charcuterie skewers.
