- 350grams peach slices, drained
- 125grams Woolworths brie, cut into 12 wedges
- 12 slices salami
- 1/2 bunch basil, leaves picked
- 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
- 750milliliter sparkling white wine, chilled
- 2 peaches, destoned, cut into 6 wedges
- 12 presoaked bamboo skewers
Description
Summer just got better with this fun pairing! The frozen take on the classic brunch cocktail and delicious charcuterie skewers will elevate any outdoor party.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place jarred peach slices on prepared tray. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 2 of 3
Thread brie, salami and basil onto 12 skewers.
Step 3 of 3
Process frozen peach and apricot nectar until smooth. Spoon into 6 champagne flutes. Top with wine. Garnish with fresh peach and remaining basil. Serve with charcuterie skewers.
