  • 1/4 cup pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup
  • 140grams Himalyan pink salt sourdough crackers (to serve)

Description

Topped with chopped pistachios, this deliciously simple baked brie recipe is a must-have at any festive gathering.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place brie on tray and top with pistachios. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until brie is heated and softened.

Step 2 of 2

Carefully transfer brie to a serving plate. Drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with crackers.
