Description

This festive baked brie is a complete crowd-pleaser and is perhaps one of the world’s easiest party starters! It’s an excellent option for a shared entree or party food that’s super quick and easy to prepare. Serve it with crostini, bread or crackers

Method

Step 1 of 6

To make this delicious melty recipe, simply start by preheating your oven to 180 °C

Step 2 of 6

Unwrap your Mon Ami brie and place it in a small ovenproof dish slightly larger than the brie itself.

Step 3 of 6

When the oven is at the set temperature, place the dish in the oven and bake the brie for 15 to 20 minutes, or until melted through (You can check if it’s melted through by touching the centre of the brie – it should feel very soft).

Step 4 of 6

While heating the brie, prepare your toppings of walnuts and pomegranate seeds and maple syrup.

Step 5 of 6

When baked, carefully transfer the brie to a serving plate or board and add the toppings to the brie.

Step 6 of 6

Serve immediately with bread and crackers and enjoy!
