  • 1/4 bunch thyme sprigs

Hop on board! This impressive and affordable cheese platter – and it's star baked brie – is packed with crunch, creaminess and freshness: all the makings of a delicious night in.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place brie on prepared tray. Using a small sharp knife, score brie.

Step 2 of 3

Combine cherries and walnuts in a small bowl, then place on brie. Drizzle with 1 tbs oil. Bake for 12 minutes or until brie is heated and soft.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer brie to serving board. Drizzle with remaining oil. Serve with camembert, crackers and crisps, and sprinkled with thyme.
