This colourful picnic board with crunchy veggies, crackers and hot-honey whipped brie will steal the show at your next outdoor gathering. Perfect for a group of 12.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Using a sharp knife, trim rind from brie wheels and discard. Cut brie into chunks. Set aside for 30 minutes to soften. Transfer to a small food processor. Process until creamy and smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Place honey and chilli in a small frying pan. Heat over medium heat for 2 minutes or until beginning to simmer. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool and allow flavours to develop. (See tip.)

Step 3 of 3

Place the bowl of whipped brie on a large serving board and arrange vegetables and crackers around it. Drizzle whipped brie with honey mixture. Serve.
