- 1teaspoons lemon juice
- 1tablespoons dill, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, sliced into 12 rounds
- 6 each cherry tomatoes, halved
Description
A quick and easy appetizer or canape that's so fresh and creamy, everyone will be sure to enjoy this vegan party favourite.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Whip the cream cheese, aquafaba and lemon juice together in a bowl until light and airy. Mix in the chopped dill, season with salt before adding the cream cheese to a piping bag.
Step 2 of 2
Arrange the cucumber on a plate, pipe each round with the cream cheese topping with a cherry tomato in the centre.
